DELIVERY VIA THE WEBSHOP SERVICE

Product delivery is possible in the Republic of Croatia and outside it, and it is also possible to pick up the product at the showroom at Kolodvorska 27, in Kutina.

The delivery price is not included in the price of the product and is charged separately:

  • Delivery is free for the Republic of Croatia
  • For Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, the delivery price is €15.
  • For orders from European Union countries, the delivery price is €20.
  • For other countries of the world, the delivery price is €25.

For Users (customers) who have a place of residence or place of residence, i.e. headquarters outside the Republic of Croatia and pay in a currency other than the Croatian kuna (HRK, all payments will be made in Croatian kuna (HRK), the amount for which the User’s credit card will be charged is obtained through price conversion from euros (€) to Croatian kuna (HRK) according to the valid exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank.

The delivery price does not include the costs of import customs clearance, fees and other administrative and tax duties (VAT, etc.) in the country to which the delivery is made. The user (buyer) assumes the obligation of import customs clearance and bears the costs of fees and other administrative and tax duties.

After Tara Moda d.o.o. confirm the order, and within 48 hours at the latest (if the order falls on a non-working day), the deadline for product delivery begins, and the purchased products will be delivered to the User within the following deadlines:

– up to 3 to 5 working days for the territory of the Republic of Croatia
– up to 5 to 7 working days for European Union countries
– from 7 to 15 working days for other countries of the world

Tara Moda d.o.o. does not assume responsibility for possible delays in delivery to countries outside the European Union. That’s exactly how Tara Moda d.o.o. will not take responsibility for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond Tara Moda d.o.o.’s decency.

Delivery delays are to be expected during public holidays and sales.

The products will be delivered to the user at the delivery address specified during the order.

If the delivery of the product is not possible due to incorrect personal data of the User entered during registration, i.e. purchase as an unregistered user (guest user) of Tara Moda d.o.o. is not obliged to bear the costs of redelivery.

The user is obliged to inspect the shipment when picking it up, report any visible damage directly to the delivery person, and refuse to receive the damaged shipment. By signing the delivery note and receiving the invoice, the User confirms that when taking over the product, he inspected it and that there are no complaints about damage to the transport packaging.

If the User refuses to receive the shipment due to established and visible damage to the transport packaging, he is obliged to fill out the appropriate delivery-courier service form regarding damaged shipments and notify Tara Moda d.o.o. via e-mail immediately, and at the latest within 8 (eight) days. whether he wants a repeat delivery or a refund. Upon receipt of the advertised shipment and the corresponding form, Tara Moda d.o.o. undertakes, at the User’s request, to make a repeat delivery within the deadlines prescribed for delivery, if it is a product that is in stock at Tara Moda d.o.o. or refund the money at the User’s request.

If the User does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason, or refuses to fill out the appropriate forms, Tara Moda d.o.o. reserves the right to demand reimbursement of incurred costs.
