CONFLICTS

Pursuant to Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, Tara moda d.o.o. allows all Customers to send their complaints by mail to the address of Tara moda d.o.o. that is, via electronic mail, i.e. email. The company Tara moda d.o.o. will inform the Customer about the complaint received. To all remarks and objections Tara moda d.o.o. will respond no later than within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In order for Tara moda d.o.o. in accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, confirmed the receipt of the written complaint, and then responded to it. The customer should provide correct information to receive a response/complaint.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE INTERNET SHOP SERVICE

The user has the right within eight (8) working days from the day of delivery of the product to complain about the purchased product or return the product if, when receiving the goods, he notices defects in the products or the delivered products are defective. Tara Moda d.o.o., based on the request for return or exchange, will return the funds to the User to the account specified by the User in the request itself or replace the product with a new one within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned product to the address specified on the complaint form. The costs of sending a replacement item are borne by Tara Moda d.o.o.

The user announces the return of the purchased products through the complaint form after accessing the Online Store Service, using a username and password, by entering personal data and other data related to the purchase.

Return of the delivered products is done by delivery to the address that the User was informed about on the complaint form.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

The user is obliged to return the delivered products in the condition in which they were delivered and in the original packaging (commercial packaging in which the goods were delivered).

Tara Moda d.o.o. is not obliged to refund the money or deliver a replacement product if it is determined beyond doubt that the complaint about the product is unjustified or that the defectiveness of the ordered product occurred due to inadequate handling and/or use. The advertised product will be returned to the User at his expense with a written explanation of the reason for not accepting the return or exchange request.

If an error occurred during the packaging of the ordered products and the customer did not receive the ordered product but another one, he is obliged to report this via the complaint form within eight (8) working days. In this case, the User returns the wrongly delivered product at the expense of Tara Moda d.o.o., which undertakes to deliver the ordered product or refund (according to the User’s request) within fifteen (15) working days of receiving the wrongly delivered product.

If the User has not received the ordered and paid product, he is obliged to report this within eight (8) working days from the expected arrival of the ordered product via the complaint form or via the contacts published on the website. Tara Moda d.o.o. is obliged within that period to determine what happened to the claimed shipment and to inform the User about the further resolution of the claim.
